A warrant is out for the arrest of Ralph Jackson, of Caerwent Close, Dinas Powys.
Jackson, 53, is alleged to have used threatening and abusive behaviour and committed an act outraging public decency by exposing his buttocks in full view of members of the public at Cardiff Central Station.
The incidents are alleged to have taken place on January 18.
