Neges oddi Llywodraeth Cymru: Cynllun Cymorth Tanwydd Gaeaf

Fel rhan o becyn cymorth ehangach o dros £50m i fynd i’r afael â phwysau ar gostau byw ar hyn o bryd, mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi rhyddhau dros £38 miliwn drwy’r Cynllun Cymorth Tanwydd Gaeaf.

O 13 Rhagfyr 2021 tan 18 Chwefror 2022, mae’n bosibl y bydd modd i bobl gymwys yng Nghymru hawlio taliad untro o £100 gan eu cyngor lleol er mwyn rhoi cymorth tuag at dalu eu biliau tanwydd gaeaf.

Gall unrhyw un y mae angen cymorth ariannol arno i dalu am danwydd oddi ar y grid (megis olew, nwy petrolewm hylifedig neu glo) ystyried gwneud cais i’r Gronfa Cymorth Dewisol am gymorth.

Cynllun Cartrefi Clyd

  • Mae cynllun Nyth Cartrefi Clyd Llywodraeth Cymru yn cynnig amrywiaeth o gyngor diduedd yn rhad ac am ddim ac, os ydych yn gymwys, becyn o welliannau arbed ynni yn rhad ac am ddim i’ch cartref, fel boeler newydd, gwres canolog neu inswleiddiad. Gwasanaeth Nyrsys Admiral De Cymru

Mae’r Lleng yn gweithio gyda Dementia UK i ddarparu cefnogaeth Nyrsys Admiral – gwasanaeth sy’n cefnogi eu buddiolwyr, a all fod y gofalwr neu’r unigolyn sy’n byw gyda dementia, sydd wedi gwasanaethu yn Lluoedd Arfog y DU. Canolbwynt y gwasanaeth yw cynnal annibyniaeth a gwella ansawdd bywyd gofalwyr a theuluoedd ac i ddarparu’r cyngor ymarferol sydd arnynt ei angen.

A message from Welsh Government: Winter Fuel Support Scheme

As part of a wider support package of over £50m to address immediate pressures on living costs, Welsh Government has made available over £38 million through a Winter Fuel Support Scheme.

From the 13 December 2021 to 18 February 2022 eligible people in Wales may be able to claim a one-off £100 payment from their local Council to provide support towards paying their winter fuel bills.

Anyone who requires financial assistance with off-grid fuel costs (such as oil, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) or coal) can consider applying to the Discretionary Assistance Fund for help.

Warm Homes Scheme

  • The Welsh Government Warm Homes Nest scheme offers a range of free, impartial advice and, if you are eligible, a package of free home energy efficiency improvements such as a new boiler, central heating or insulation. South Wales Admiral Nurse Service

The Legion works with Dementia UK to provide Admiral Nurse support – a service that supports their beneficiaries, which can be the carer or the person living with dementia, who have served in the UK Armed Forces. The focus of the service is to maintain independence and improve the quality of life for carers and families and to provide the practical advice they need.

Community Foundation Wales – Older People’s Fund

The Grant will support groups that can evidence a sustained beneficial impact on older people’s lives (65 years and older) who are excluded or disadvantaged
