Transport to Health

Many of the older people the Commissioner and her team have met and spoken with throughout Wales have highlighted the challenges they can face when travelling to GP or hospital appointments.

To help her to identify how transport to these services could be improved, as well as good practice that is being delivered, the Commissioner wants to hear from you about your experiences of travelling to health services.

You can share your experiences by completing the short survey here. If you cannot access the survey, you can download a Word version here or request a hard copy by contacting [email protected] or 03442 640 670.

Closing date: Friday 27 September 2019

Best wishes
