A GP has explained the simple breast cancer check people can do themselves following the death of Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding at the age of 39.

Dr Nighat Arif told BBC Breakfast’s Dan Walker how to do a basic self-examination – and to not hesitate to call your doctor if you find a lump.
