Neurologist Professor Shane O’Mara brings this subject to life in his fantastic book, In Praise Of Walking.
We recorded a short interview with Shane before his keynote address at our National Walking Summit in Manchester, and with this being Mental Health Awareness Week, I thought it was a perfect time to share it.

With plans emerging for more children to return to school soon, there’s one easy thing we can do to show our support for teachers, staff and pupils.

Call on your local authority to use their existing powers to make two-metre distancing easier outside school gates.
