The fund is a grant for youth volunteering projects and activities that take place in the Vale of Glamorgan. The Panel will be awarding grants of up to £1500 over the next few months. Read More

With Music In Mind are excited to launch a new gentle exercise and social group for older people in Cowbridge

 

The sessions will run from 10.30 until 12 on Tuesdays in The Duke of Wellington Ballroom. Each session costs £5 on the door or book and pay for six sessions in advance at the cost of only five. Any carer accompanying a paying member can attend for free. Read More

Third Sector Capital Fund 2022

The Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board has allocated £100,000 funding from the Welsh Government’s Housing with Care Fund, to support third sector community services in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. This Fund aims to provide capital resources for projects that support older people, carers, people with disabilities and children, that deliver services closer to home in their local communities to help prevent the need to access Health & Social Care services in a more formal setting. The Capital Fund is open for applications from Friday 6th January 2023, with a deadline for submission of 12pm on Friday, 27th January 2023. Read More

Carers Trust is delighted to launch a new funding programme which will support unpaid carers living in Wales to access a short break from their caring role.
