Third Sector Grants Programme – Cardiff & Vale Health Charity Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB)

Cardiff & Vale Health Charity has allocated funding to support third sector community projects to enhance the Health and Wellbeing of people in the region through creative solutions. The maximum that can be applied for is £5,000. This is both a REVENUE and CAPITAL grant.
