Third Sector ICF Capital Investment Fund 2021
Key information: The Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Integrated Health and Social Care Partnership has allocated £100,000.00 funding from the Welsh Government’s Integrated Care Fund (ICF), to support new or additional or revised third sector community services in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Closing date: 12pm on Friday 28th May 2021. Supporting Older People in the Vale – Third Sector Preventative Interventions Fund 2021 – Covid-19
Key information: The Cardiff and Vale Integrated Health and Social Care Partnership has allocated £51,000 in total, to support third sector community activities and services for older people in the Vale of Glamorgan, in response to Covid-19.  Closing date: 12 noon on Friday, 11th June 2021. Funding
This revenue-only Fund aims to support proposals which respond to the Covid-19 crisis and improve health, wellbeing and independence. The overall aim is for older people to remain living in, and engaging with, their communities for as long as they wish. The Fund is open for applications from Tuesday 4th May 2021, with a deadline for submission of 12 noon on Friday, 11th June 2021. Read More
