- Progressing carers’ priorities and proposed actions from the Wales Carers Summit has been a primary focus of our recent work, in particular hospital discharge, Direct Payments and the inability to raise concerns or complaints about services.
- We have launched a new survey for carers to discover more about carers experiences of making a complaint to further this important work. Please share.
- To support carers to be more involved in decision making across Wales, we are holding carer representative training in June. There is introductory training on 13 June for carers who are new to being involved and advanced training on 14 June for those who are more experienced.
