Book Talk with Catrin Collier, Glyndwr: The foretold son – Barry Library £3 (includes a glass of wine).

Come and join us at Barry Library on March 3rd at 7pm till 8.30pm for a talk by Catrin Collier on her book Glyndwr: the foretold son, The first in a series of meticulously researched novels chronicling the life of the man behind the legend that is Owain Glyndŵr. Tickets are £3 and include a glass of wine.

Karen Watkins, writing as Catrin Collier, is a Welsh novelist, of East Prussian descent on her mother’s side, known for her historical works, especially those in the ‘Hearts of Gold’ series, set in her home town of Pontypridd between 1930 and 1950, the first of which was adapted as a BBC drama in 2003.
