Please see response below from the Council:

The council has no plans to remove pay and display machines from its car parks.

The council is not aware of any issues with recently upgraded pay and display machines when 3G is turned off.

Most, if not all, modern equipment is now as a minimum 4G compatible and some 5G compatible.
